Sign-on Bonus Program 2019:
Effective October 1, 2019, you may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus as a new, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Cardiovascular Technician (CV Tech). Bonus will be paid out in three installments: $3000 after 90 days, $3000 after one year, and $4000 after two years. Ask one of our HR Business Partners for more information. Those eligible include:
- RNs in ICU, Med Surge/Med Tele, ED, Interventional Suite
- Cardiovascular Techs
*CMH employees in active PRN positions as of 9/30/2019 accepting full-time positions beginning 10/1/2019 may be eligible for sign-on bonus. CMH rehires are eligible provided their separation date is greater than six months from effective date of sign-on policy.
