Surgery Center

Memorial Hospital’s first floor Surgery Center, which opened in 2003,
includes four main operating rooms, one urology suite, one minor
procedure room, one endoscopy room and a large recovery room. Pairing the
latest technological advancements and design with the expertise of CMH physicians,
the Surgery Center is one way we offer you more of what you’re looking
for in a heath care facility.
There is a separate area for preparing the patient before surgery and 10 private rooms for recovery for the same day surgery patient. The operating rooms are used for a wide variety of procedures.
Surgeries performed in the new facility include general, orthopedic, cosmetic, urologic, infertility, vascular, obstetric, gynecologic, ophthalmologic, podiatric and pediatric surgeries. This means we can manage simple procedures such as tonsillectomies and arthroscopies as well as more involved procedures such as laparascopic cholecystectomies and cataract surgeries.
Our goal is to continually improve patient care, and customer and physician satisfaction. The new CMH Surgery Center is just one way we’re striving to meet the needs of our community.
