CMH Family Health Center

Our CMH Family Health Center is located at 825 W. Locust St., in Wilmington, less than three minutes driving and 10 minutes walking from Clinton Memorial Hospital. CMH purchased this facility in 1996 from a local physician.

In February 1999, CMH completed an expansion project that added 6,000 square feet to the already existing 6,000 square feet. The addition stayed consistent with the Victorian style of the original facility.

Here is what is included inside:

• 15 examination rooms.
• Two treatment rooms.
• Nurse triage area.
• Laboratory area.
• X-ray facilities.
• Patient education area.
• Large conference room.
• Library.
• Faculty and staff offices.
