Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Following your visit to Clinton Memorial Hospital you may receive a survey in the mail about your visit. Clinton Memorial Hospital contracts with a company, called Press-Ganey, to conduct the surveys on our behalf. This company sends us a comprehensive report of the completed surveys with comments our patients have regarding their stay or visit. We use these surveys to better understand what our patients like and where our opportunities for improvement are. Please take a few moments to complete the survey if you receive one.
