Family Medicine Residency Program
Our program mission statement
The CMH/UC Family Medicine Residency Program will train family physicians for the realities of providing care to families in small towns, rural communities and medically underserved areas. This learning environment will be community-centered.
The program will enhance the health resources for the inhabitants of the Clinton Memorial Hospital regional service area by improving access to primary care, educating the community about how to better care for themselves and providing stimulation for professional development to other health care providers in the community.
Our education program will continually evolve to reflect societal values in health care and to meet the care needs of our communities’ families. We will strive to produce physicians who are well-equipped to care for their communities.
