Cardiac Update

Interventional cardiologist Dr. Joe Choo will soon be doing right-sided heart catheterizations in the Interventional Radiology and Vascular Laboratory at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Cardiac catheterization is the common name for a group of diagnostic tests used to obtain information about the heart and/or its blood vessels.

Dr. Choo is the medical director for the service. His fellow cardiologists and congestive heart failure specialists, Dr. Santosh Menon and Dr. Greg Egnazyck, from Ohio Heart & Vascular Center (OHVC), will also be performing the procedure.

OHVC has also started a heart failure clinic in their CMH Professional Building suite on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
