CMH Regional Health System is accredited by The Joint Commision. The Joint Commision standards relate to hospital quality and safety. Clinton Memorial is committed to meeting The Joint Commision standards and will have an unannounced survey by the The Joint Commision at least every three years to assess our compliance to the standards.

You are always free to contact The Joint Commision directly to raise your concerns if they are unresolved by hospital staff.

If you have questions about how to file your complaint, you may contact The Joint Commision toll free at 800-994-6610 from 8:30 to 5 p.m., Central Time, weekdays.
The Joint Commision will treat your name as confidential information and not to disclose it to any other party, though it may be necessary to share the complaint with the subject organization in the course of a complaint investigation. The Joint Commision policy forbids accredited organizations from taking retaliatory actions against employees for having reported quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
